Musquodoboit Harbour Renovation Project

What's happening?

Your Musquodoboit Harbour Public Library and Recreation Centre at The Village Plaza are under construction. The end result will be vibrant, modern, and more accessible. Halifax Public Libraries and Parks & Recreation are looking forward to welcoming the community to a more integrated and open space.

Throughout the renovation, both organizations are open on site at The Village Plaza, just around the corner. Library hours remain the same.

Will the Library still offer programs during the renovations?

Regular summer programming, including the TD Summer Reading Club will continue as normal during the renovations. We have some indoor programming space onsite, but will also be popping up at parks, beaches, and other outdoor spaces in the area.
