Mobile Printing

With our MobilePrint Service™, you can use your personal computer or mobile device to print to the library’s printers from anywhere.

  • Submit document for printing and come to the library within 4 hours to release and pick up your document1.
  • To print multiple copies, you must resend your print.
  • Regular printing charges will apply.

Print from a laptop or desktop computer:

1. On your computer:

  • Visit the printing website (“Print from PC”) for your branch printer
  • Select a printer and enter your email address
  • Under “Select Document”:
    • Browse your computer and select your file or
    • Enter the website address you wish to print
  • Click the green print icon.
    You will see the status of your print job and a reference number

2. At the Print Release Station in the library:

  • Select “Release a print job”
  • Enter your email address
  • Select your print job(s) and click “print”

Print from a tablet or smartphone app:

To set up the app:

  • Install and launch the PrinterOn App
  • Tap “Manage printers” or “No printers selected.” (This may differ across devices)
  • Tap “Search” and search for your library branch
  • Tap on your library branch printer, and tap save

To print:

1. On your mobile device:

  • Open the PrinterOn app
  • Tap on “Documents”, “Photos” or “Web” (Options may differ across devices)
  • Select the item you wish to print and tap print
  • Enter your email address and tap “print” (on some devices this may be a check mark)
    You will receive a notice that the job started, followed by another message stating “Job Success”

2. At the Print Release Station in the library:

  • Select “Release a print job”
  • Enter your email address 
  • Select your print job(s) and click “print”

Email something directly to the library print system:

1. Send or forward an email to the email address for your branch printer “Email to print

2. At the Print Release Station in the library:

  • Select “Release a print job”
  • Enter your email address
  • Select your print job(s) and click “print”
