Do I have to make a full payment?
No. Partial payments are accepted.
Will my credit card information appear on my library account and will it be secure?
Credit card information is encrypted before it is transmitted via a secure gateway connection and it is not stored in the library's database. All payment transactions are secured using a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol connection.

What happens if my transaction is declined?
If the transaction is declined, you will see a message on your screen confirming the transaction has failed. Your credit card will not be charged. Contact your credit card company. Outstanding library fines and charges will remain on your library account.

Why are my overdue items not showing an amount?
Fines will not be calculated until overdue items are returned or renewed.
Why do I get an ‘Error Occurred’ message when I try to log in?
