Scare Yourself! by Talia, Teen Blogger


As it nears the end of October we all start to feel it in the air - and no I'm not talking about the threatening snow!

I'm talking about Halloween! This is the time of year where it's perfectly ok to scare your friends, and you get to dress up and become someone completely different for a day... What's not to love?

Sometimes it's also a little fun to scare yourself. There are always the haunted house and corn maze options, but you can also get that shivery thrill right in your own home by reading a scary book. Even if you don't normally like scary stories, try reading one around Halloween. Curl up under the blankets in bed with some Halloween candy and get reading. Make sure you keep the lights on though!
