This October, Woodlawn Public Library celebrated its 50th anniversary with staff and community.
Woodlawn Public Library first opened in 1975 in the Woodlawn Plaza and moved to its current home—converted from an old movie theatre—in 2010. We had so much fun with 1970s trivia, movie theatre snacks, a lively song circle, and a film screening in the branch's very own theatre.
