Beach Reading by Talia, Teen Blogger

Tags:

I know what you're thinking... it's too nice out to stay inside and read! I mean who wants to be stuck inside on such a nice day? Well I have a solution for you. Beach reading! If you've never tried it before I HIGHLY recommend it. Right now. No seriously. You'll thank me later. There is nothing quite like reading on the beach.
You get to set down your towel, slip off your flip-flops so you can bury your toes in the sand, lean back and read a good book while you listen to the waves splashing against the shore!
The best part is, when you get hot, you can simply set your book down and go into the water to cool off!
AND you get to do some sunning while reading. What's not to love? (Don't forget to slather on the sun block!)

Now, you're probably wondering what to read at the beach. Well, that is completely up to you.

Personally I love reading my favourite books there --  the ones I've read over and over but never get tired of ...

Or you could read:

It's supposed to be a light and fun read, that will be perfect for the beach.

(I can't say too much about this one because I haven't read it yet, but it's packed in my bag for the beach at this moment!)

Or (and this is a fun little thing to do if you are bored one day) read some Christmas books on the beach. Yep, you heard me right. Why not?

I bet you will have never experienced anything quite like that before! Go on, I dare you! (:

Happy Reading!

Comment by blog editor, Cindy: Reading about Christmas and cold weather while lying in the hot sun in the middle of the summer sounds cool! (?)
