We're here to help.

If you’re using one of the Library’s iPads, Chromebooks, or Public Use Computers, or your own device, we’re happy to help you get comfortable with it. We can also help you with our online resources, printing, scanning, and photocopying.

If you need a little more time or more in-depth support with technology, you can book a 1-on-1 Technology Help session.

Book a 1-on-1 Technology Session

At many of our library locations, we offer personalized, 1-on-1 sessions to help you build confidence using technology.

You can learn:

  • Basic computer skills
  • How to use email
  • Word processing
  • How to use e-books
  • How to get started with a tablet or phone

These are just a few of the topics that we cover in 1-on-1 training. If you need help with something else, let us know - we might still be able to help you!

Is English not your first language? Some of our locations offer 1-on-1 training in other languages.
