Printing by Email

Printing by Email

One of the easiest ways to print at the Library is by email.

You can send a print job from your own device—whether you're at home, work, or on the go. All you need is an internet connection. Regular printing fees apply.

How it works

  • You can use your email to send your files to our printers—see the instructions below.
  • Most common file formats, such as PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, and PNG, are supported.
  • Letter (8.5x11) can be printed 1-sided or 2-sided, and in Black/White or Color. Legal (8.5x14”) and Ledger (11x17”) files can only be printed 1-sided and in color.
  • You'll need to visit the Print Release Station at the Library (typically a computer located near the printer) within 4 hours.
  • Regular printing fees apply.
