Keshen Goodman Public Library: July Renovation Update

The Library has been busy preparing for the next phase of interior renovations at Keshen Goodman Public Library. As we enter into the summer months, here are some updates that will impact how you access and use your Library.

Upcoming Temporary Closure

From July 24 to August 5, 2023, Keshen Goodman Public Library will undergo a temporary two-week closure as we prepare to move into the next phase of renovations. While the branch is closed, we’ll be working hard to move parts of our collection out of Keshen Goodman and into other locations for borrowing, and moving equipment into our newly built service area.

The Library will plan to reopen to the public on August 8, 2023, but services will be limited. Please check back in the coming weeks for more information on what the Library will look like during this next phase of the project., opens a new window

Holds Information

Leading up to the closure, Keshen Goodman Public Library will temporarily pause holds pick up. You will not be able to select Keshen Goodman Public Library as a location to pick up holds for a brief period. Holds pick-up at Keshen Goodman Public Library is expected to resume by mid-August.

It is simple to change your pick-up location when placing a hold online. You can select any branch from the drop-down menu and pick up your items at another Library location, opens a new window during this time.

Borrowing & Return Information

For your convenience, the deadline to return items borrowed from Keshen Goodman Public Library will be extended until after the closure.
