It's important that you let us know if your library card is lost or stolen. We want to get you back to borrowing as soon as possible, and help prevent someone else from using your card and creating charges. If your card has been lost or stolen, first notify us by emailing us or calling any of our branches.
2. Request a new card.
After you've notified us, you can visit any of our locations to get a new card, or you can use our online form to apply for digital library card. See our Get a Card page, opens a new window for more information.
