Keshen Goodman Public Library Open with Limited Service

Changes to the exterior book return and a switch to the café entrance start September 2023

Updated January 4, 2024, to include updates to anticipated completion date

Following Keshen Goodman Public Library’s temporary closure, opens a new window from July 24 to August 5, 2023, the Library re-opened to the public on August 8 with limited service—marking the start of the final phase of construction.

As the bulk of interior renovations and system updates are planned for this phase, community members will experience a reduction of service and public floor space access as it undergoes this major period of construction.

Community members will have access to:

  • Hold pick-ups and returns
  • Public computers
  • Library card registration
  • Free WiFi
  • Printers
  • Technology lending
  • A small collection for browsing
  • Programming in the Outdoor Library, and additional locations with support from community partners

This limited-service model is expected to last through Winter 2024, with Keshen Goodman Public Library gearing up to return to full service in Spring 2024.

  • Monday: 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Tuesday: 9:00am-6:00pm
  • Wednesday: 9:00am-6:00pm
  • Thursday: 9:00am-6:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Saturday: 10:00am-5:00pm
  • Sunday: Closed

We have set up a temporary entrance.

Starting September 19, the temporary entrance will be the café door.

A huge thank you to community members for their patience, and to Library staff for continuing to provide excellent service to the community through the noise and changes to the branch.
