Writing an off-site test or exam?
We offer free proctoring services at many of our Libraries.
Book a session
You can visit or call one of our branches to book a session.
Proctoring sessions are subject to the availability of Library staff and resources. We recommend reaching out at least 2 weeks in advance of your test date to book a session.
Some things to keep in mind:
- We cannot always guarantee constant supervision or a quiet environment.
- We cannot guarantee compatibility or reliability of technologies used for writing online exams.
- The student will incur all costs relating to the return of exams beyond standard mail.
- Halifax Public Libraries will not register as a proctoring location with any institution.
If this doesn’t meet your needs, Library staff will be happy to direct you to other proctoring services in Halifax.
