Children’s Reading Support

A little help for big dreams

At the Library, we know reading can be tough for kids. That's why we have learned how to make reading fun.

Children's Reading Support is a free tutoring and mentorship program for our community in North End Halifax. Volunteer tutors work with children through popular tools, such as art, games, and computers as well as books. The goal is to create a fun atmosphere for improving reading skills.
