Films may be shown if a license has been purchased by the organizer from a rights holder such as Audio Cine Films or Criterion Pictures. The Library assumes no responsibility if a film is shown illegally. ◦ Bookings cancelled with less than 48-hours’ notice are non-refundable. A refund will be issued if the Library is notified of cancellation 48 hours in advance. Refunds are available by cheque only. ◦ Payment is due 1 week prior to booking.
