Booking a premium venue

Conveniently located in downtown Halifax, these architecturally stunning spaces can be booked:

  • For a variety of public and private functions, including after hours and paid events
  • Up to 6 months in advance, with some exceptions
  • For a minumum of 4 hours (rental fees vary and are charged by the hour)

Things to keep in mind

  • There's no storage space on site. You'll need to bring everything with you just prior to the event and take it away by the end of your booking.
  • Don't forget to include time for set up and tear down in your booking time.
  • You'll need a Certificate of Insurance. We can help you determine the amount required when you book the space.
  • If you wish to serve alcohol, you'll need to get a Special Occasion Liquor License and provide us with a copy, and you'll have to abide by our Serving of Alcohol Policy.
  • Events need to comply with Halifax By-law N200 Respecting Noise.
  • If extra A/V support or equipment is required, we will refer you to our preferred AV supplier.

Rental fees

  • Rental fees vary depending on the type of event and when it is hosted
  • We offer reduced rates for non-profits and registered charities
  • Rental fees do not include HST

Friday - Sunday (until 6:00 PM) $125 ($65)

All premium venues—after hours & holiday rates

Holidays $200 ($100)
