Get a Library Card?

To get a library card you need the following:

  • Two pieces of identification. One must have a unique ID number.
  • Proof of a mailing address.
  • A parent's signature if you are under 14 years of age.

Simply visit your local library or fill out the form below. You may also want to see our borrowing rules and Public Use of Computers policy before you join.
