TD Summer Reading Club
The TD Summer Reading Club is a totally free and fun program that encourages kids to read over their summer break from school. The program is adaptable to kids of all ages (recommended for ages 3+), interests, and abilities.
Timeline: 2026 Reporting & Prizes
- Registration opens on June 17 in branches and online for the TD Summer Reading Club at Halifax Public Libraries.
- Registration closes on August 31.
- The last day to report on your points goal is September 13.
- Prize draws take place in Fall 2026.

Family Pride Party & Puppet Show

Celebrate St. Margaret's Bay Pride! See the Pride Firetruck, get a sweet treat at our Pride Café, create colourful crafts, and more.
